Aerothene or Airothene Pads are made by bonding sheets together to form thick pads that are resilient under pressure and maintain excellent cushioning properties.
Aerothene or Airothene Pads are start from 10mm thick and can go up to 60mm.
These pads can be slit to meet various application requirements.

Aerothene or Airothene sheets & profiles made specifically for the bedding and mattress manufacturing industry.
They are cut to standard mattress sizes and are used in the manufacturing of spring mattresses.
The profiles (Corners, Waves, Posture Bars) are used as spring supports to provide extra strength and improve the overall quality of a bed.

Aerothene or Airothene profiles made specifically for the packaging industry to protect items during storage and transit. The profiles are generally referred to as Edge Protectors because they usually fit onto the edge or corners of an item providing cushioning and protection against abrasions and scratches.

Aerothene or Airothene bags are custom sized to meet any application. The bags have a lining of Aerothene / Airothene inside to protect the contents of the bag whilst the outer plastic layer provides exceptional tensile strength to prevent tearing. Smaller pouches are used to safely transport wine, liquor & other glass bottles as well as automotive equipment and panels.
