Aerothene Rolls & Sheets

Aerothene is a robust closed-cell polymeric foam, ideal for protective packaging applications. It is manufactured from an LDPE resin that is chemically inert, making it is safe for use on any surface material.

 

There are two ways to purchase Aerothene foam, either as a roll or in sheets.

Aerothene Roll common sizes:

  • 1mm x 1250mm x 100M/200M

  • 2mm x 1250mm x 100M/200M

  • 3mm x 1250mm x 100M/200M

  • 5mm x 1250mm x 100M

  • 5mm x 1500mm x 100M

  • 10mm x 1250mm x 50M

  • 10mm x 1500mm x 50M

  • 20mm x 1250mm x 25M

Aerothene sheet common sizes:

  • 2mm x 1000mm x 2M

  • 2mm x 1250mm x 2M

  • 2mm x 1500mm x 2M

  • 3mm x 1250mm x 2M

  • 5mm x 1250mm x 2M

  • 5mm x 1500mm x 2M

Aerothene Pads are made by bonding EPE sheets to form pads that range between 10mm - 50mm thick and can be slit to meet various application requirements.

Edges & Corner Profiles

Often times the most vulnerable parts of the goods are the edges. For applications where the corners need extra protection, our edges and corner profiles are ideal solutions.

​

These corner and edge protectors, hug the sides of an object, providing a highly shock-absorbent cushion as well as a scratch resistant surface to protect where protection is needed the most.

These profiles work well with any material, including:

  • glass

  • perspex

  • wood

  • ceramic

  • aluminium

Flat / No Wave EPE

The no-wave or flat EPE roll is an innovative product manufactured using a special closed-cell polyethylene foam structure.

​

This structure ensures a completely flat sheet or roll of aerothene with a super-fine cell structure making is perfect for applications that require a uniform surface, fine cell-structured foam.

​

Such applications include the manufacturing of gaskets or washers for a wide range of uses.

​

The foam is chemically inert and 100% recyclable making is perfect for bottle cap washers and container lid washers.
