Pipe insulation is a protective covering designed to help maintain an acceptable temperature for pipes and any substance flowing through the pipes.
Our Pipe Insulation is manufactured from non cross-linked flexible expanded polyethylene material, and is used for pipe insulation in hot and cold liquid applications.

A flexible closed-cell expanded polyethylene foam sheet, available in a range of densities, depending on the application.
Commonly used as an alternative to "Softboard", applicable throughout the construction industry.
These versatile sheets can be cut, sliced, punched, embossed, therm-formed and laminated to various substrates or made self-adhesive.
Sheets are available in any thickness, standard size: 1200 x 2400mm.

aluminium foil laminated to expanded polyethylene foam
Aluminum foil laminated to a flexible closed-cell expanded polyethylene foam sheet, available in a range of densities & thickness, depending on the application.
Commonly used as an insulation material for air conditioning systems, geysers, roofing and other heat resistance applications.
This material is available from 2mm to 60mm thickness.
Aero-foil is available in 100 meter rolls up to 5mm thickness as well as sheets cut to customer specific sizes.

Joint Fillers & Backing Cords
An expansion joint is designed to safely absorb the expansion and contraction of construction materials due to variations in ambient temperatures.
Our joint filler is an effective method of forming an expansion joint, and can be supplied in rolls or strips, with or without tear-off strips.
Our backing cord may be used under 20% compression to form a backing under surface sealants. The cord forms the optimum sealant shape to minimise strain on the sealant when subjected to movements. Since this product is manufactured from closed-cell polyethylene foam, it also prevents moisture absorption.
